TÜGİAD, in collaboration with the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC), will organize a presentation titled “Contracts and Resolution of Disputes through Arbitration” to discuss current arbitration practices and rapid solutions to conflicts.


The event will take place on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the TÜGİAD Headquarters, where Prof. Dr. Ziya Akıncı, Chairman of the Board of the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC), will deliver a comprehensive presentation on up-to-date arbitration practices and contract management.
