Entrepreneurial leadership means taking responsibility for turning your vision of the future into reality. The message delivered by our President, Gürkan Yıldırım, at the opening of the G20 YEA 2026 Vienna Summit reflected this approach believing that better is possible and taking action to build it.

In TÜGİAD’s 40th year, we hosted a summit where young entrepreneurs contributed to the global growth agenda. Together with entrepreneurs from different countries, we explored how we can play a more active role in shaping the transformation of the business world.

For us, entrepreneurship means creating opportunities for others while building a new business. We believe in turning investment into employment, knowledge into new skills, and international connections into meaningful business partnerships.

As we work to ensure that young entrepreneurs from Türkiye have a stronger voice on the global stage, we are carrying the vision we shaped in Vienna forward into our next steps.
