On November 29, 2024, TÜGİAD President Gürkan Yıldırım, alongside former Minister for Small and Medium Enterprises and JUENE Honorary President Florin Jianu, held meetings in Ploesti, Romania, with Câmpina Governor Irina Mihaela Nistor, Prahova Council President Cirgiliu Daniel Nanu, Prahova State Governor Emil Drăgănescu, and Norwegian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NOROCC) Chairman Ionut Eriksen.


During the meetings, discussions were held regarding business opportunities for TÜGİAD members and enhancing cooperation between Turkey and Romania in local governance.
